A word about tea availability: The teas of the G.H. Ford Tea Company are acquired from the most select "estates" in the premiere growing regions of the world. Only 2% to 5 % of the worldwide tea production is from these estates. There may be brief periods when the demand for these special teas exceeds the availability. Our strict adherence to unsurpassed product quality makes product substitution very difficult. Our pledge is to provide a product worthy of your expectations and hope that you will grant us your indulgence and understanding when delays do occur.
